1. Who We Are

LEVEL7 ("we", "us") is a UI/UX design and development studio at 69, Rd 7/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. We design brands, products and websites for clients in Bangladesh and around the world. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through this website or during a project.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form we keep the name, email address, company, country and message you provide. When you become a client we also keep the company name, billing address, tax details and bank information needed to issue invoices and receive payment.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs — IP address, request time, browser type — purely to keep the site secure and available.

Material you share with us

Project materials you send us, such as copy, images, brand assets and product data, are used only to deliver the work described in our agreement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• reply to enquiries and prepare accurate proposals;
• deliver, support and invoice for the work you commission;
• keep a record of decisions, files and correspondence for the life of the project;
• improve our services and this website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only with the people and services that allow us to do the work: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the designers and engineers assigned to your project. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of LEVEL7, our clients and the public.

5. Payments

This website does not process payments. If you hire us, we issue an invoice and you pay by bank transfer or another method we agree in writing. We receive the bank and billing details needed for that purpose; we never see or store your card numbers.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records, invoices and correspondence are kept for as long as the engagement requires, and afterwards for the period required by Bangladeshi tax and business law.

7. Security

We use access-controlled storage, encrypted connections and restricted sharing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat every file you share as confidential.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to support@level7ltd.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where the law requires it, we keep a record of your request.

9. Information Held Outside Bangladesh

We work with clients and service providers outside Bangladesh. Where information is processed in another country, we rely on the standard contractual clauses recognised under the Bangladesh Data Protection framework and equivalent protections.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date appears at the top of this page, and the previous version is available on request.
