1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the design, development and related services LEVEL7 provides to clients. They form part of every proposal and service agreement we sign. Where a signed agreement says something different, that agreement takes priority.

2. Quotations and Estimates

Estimates and quotations are based on the requirements and timeframe we understood when we prepared them. A quotation is valid for 14 days. If the scope, the number of screens or the deadline changes, we re-quote in writing before we continue.

3. Scope, Revisions and Feedback

Each stage of a project is confirmed in writing before it starts. Revisions are included during the design phase; once you sign off a design, changes to it are quoted separately. Feedback that arrives late, or that reverses an earlier decision, moves the timeline and may change the cost.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us one point of contact, all required content and materials, and feedback within the agreed windows. We cannot begin a stage until the previous one is approved, and delays on your side move the delivery date. We do not deliver work for clients we cannot reach.

5. Payment

Our website does not take payments. We invoice against the milestones in your agreement, usually 50% to start and the balance on handover. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer to the account we provide. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month, and work pauses while an invoice is overdue. Fees are exclusive of VAT and of any withholding required by Bangladeshi law, which we deduct from our invoice and remit on your behalf.

6. Changes and Suspension

If a project is paused by either side for more than two calendar months, we may close it and invoice for the work completed to date. A weekly administration fee applies to projects held open at your request after that point.

7. Bugs, Revisions and Support

Bugs reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge. After that, support is available through a maintenance plan or at our standard rate. New features, new pages and content changes are new work.

8. Intellectual Property

On final payment, ownership of the deliverables we create for you transfers to you, and we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. We keep ownership of our internal tools, libraries and techniques, and we only use third-party assets that are licensed for that use. If you send us your own brand assets, you confirm you have the right to share them.

9. AI-Assisted Production

We use AI tools alongside human designers and engineers to speed up research, exploration and code production. Every deliverable is reviewed, tested and signed off by a person. If a project requires no AI assistance at all, tell us and we will confirm that in writing.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your business, product and campaign information as confidential and share it only with the team working on your project. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before we start.

11. Third-Party Services

We work with hosting, email, analytics and AI providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages at those providers, and we are happy to recommend alternatives when you would rather not depend on a particular service.

12. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that the work we deliver is original to us, that we will perform it with reasonable skill and care, and that it will materially match the agreed specification. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Termination

Either of us may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. On termination we invoice for work completed, hand over the files produced up to that point, and you pay any third-party costs already committed.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. We would rather settle a disagreement directly, and we will always try that first.
