Analysis - A Studio With More Work Than Visibility
Raven's pipeline ran on referrals. The work was strong, but the site did nothing to help a prospect understand it, and prospects arrived from a search that found everyone else first.
The Pipeline ProblemSTRATEGY
• Referrals carried the business, so a quiet month felt like a dead month.
• Case studies existed, but they were written as internal recaps rather than as sales documents.
• There was no clear next step, so good conversations ended in "we will follow up".
Brand Foundations
We rebuilt the identity around the way Raven actually works: sharp typography, a confident grid and a single accent that ties the work together. The structure gives every case study the same shape, so the thinking is always in the same place.

Problem - The Work Was Buried
Case studies were spread across a carousel, a PDF deck and an Instagram feed, so prospects saw fragments instead of a story and had no way to judge the quality of the thinking.
One Source of TruthSEO
• A carousel forced visitors to swipe through the work with no context.
• Nothing was indexable, so the studio was invisible in the searches its buyers typed.
• The most persuasive material — the reasoning behind each project — never made it onto the web at all.

Solution - A Case-Study Engine
We built a modular case-study system, a sharper typographic identity and a contact path that turns a visitor into a booked call instead of a maybe.
Modular by DesignUX
Every case study now follows the same arc — the problem, the thinking, the result — so a visitor can scan one project deeply or five projects quickly and understand the studio either way. Calls to action sit at the end of each story, and a simple enquiry form carries the context the team needs to reply properly.
